The two S's are expecting.

Last night while waiting for the chicken cook for dinner, I decided I was so hungry I couldn't wait the 45 minutes until supper was ready. So I made myself a grilled cheese sandwich. Normally, this wouldn't be that exciting except that Sam was inside during this time and decided that I needed to share my sandwich. Now, normally I wouldn't have a problem with this but baby Huser must have been starving because my stomach decided no, I would eat this whole sandwich by myself. No help from Sam. Needless to say she wasn't happy and actually stared at the toaster and bread on the counter until Clinton said, "You know, you could make one for her and probably get some really good pictures of her eating the sandwich." Oh did I get some pictures. A whopping three of them because she ate the stupid thing so fast. I guess the puppies in her belly decided they were starving as well.
Do I get one?
 I got her to smile-ish!

Devouring her new favorite food
Can I have another one?

Oh and about her puppies, if you know ANYONE who wants a Great Pyrenees puppy, they'll be ready to go in May. Also on that note, Sam has a date with the Vet to get fixed in July! All together now, YAY!

The beginning

Well, I decided to try and start blogging. With a baby on the way for Clinton and I, and with me watching Kelli and Aarons little girl, I figure we'll have enough things going on to keep the blog updated and somewhat exciting.

So here we go

This is Sam
If you couldn't tell, she's miniature horse. I should also note that this picture is a few months old. She's even bigger now.

Sam is what I lovingly refer to as our "Dogger". Yes, I am one of "those" people. I was told to start holding a fake baby around Sam so she would get used to not getting all of our affection and attention and therefore wouldn't be as jealous and act out when the baby comes. So what doll did I choose to carry around? A doll my great grandma Stewart gave us. Grandma Stewart has a heart of gold, but the doll is pretty scary looking and actually scares Sam- so i'm not sure if the doll is helping or not. But carrying it around the house when Sam comes in has made me realize that
A.) I feel really cool
B.) Who came up with carrying a fake doll around your dog?

I would post a picture of the doll but I would like for you to able to sleep tonight. So i'll refrain for now.

In other news, our washer is broken and what broke on the washer this time? The motor, of course. So Clinton being Mr.eBay himself found a used motor on eBay and i'll hopefully have a working washer by the end of next week. In the meantime, i'm holding off as long as I can before I HAVE to go to the laundry mat. It's probably not a good idea, but the thought of lugging all of our dirty clothes to town, washing them and then lug copious amounts of wet clothing all the way home to dry them just makes me exhausted thinking about it.

I should probably start getting our laundry together.
